³¼REAL FUCKING LIFE¼³

One  friday  evening a 20 year old  boy
calls his best friend up to know  if he
wants to come with him  to  the  disco.
But he  refuses. The  boy  who  called,
lets name him Seb, decided he would  go
to the disco  whatever  happens, as  he
really wanted  to mark this time of his
life. He was going  out with his girlie
since one year, he  found a job, and he
planned to spend his  holidays  at  the
sea with his girlie. So lets  guess  he
really  enjoyed  what  life  brought to
him. So  the  night went on. Having fun
in the disco was all  he  wanted.  At 3
o'clock the friend who drove him to the
disco decided it was time to  go  home.
Seb entered the car with  2  girls, one
other friend and the driver. They star-
ted their little 10 Km way. But as  the
driver wanted to show the girls  he was
a real male, he drove faster  and  fas-
ter. It was raining, at approx. 130 mph
the driver lost the control of his car,
and they ended their trip on  the other
side of the  road,  in  a  great  shock
against a  wall. The  driver  could get
out of the car. He saw he was alone out
of the car with one of the  girls lying
a few meters out  of  the  car. He went
there to ask if everything was alright,
but he found the girl dead. Back to the
car, he looked around. The  other  pas-
senger had  nearly  nothing.  The other
girl was  dead  too, but  Seb was alive
but nobody could get him  out  of   the
car. After firemen  came,  they  shaped
the car, to get Seb  out  of  it. After
one hour of effort they managed  it and
Seb was taken to the best  hospital  in
the region, because  he  was  seriously
damaged.
The  result  of  the driver's attitude,
willing to show how good  he  was,  had
for a consequence,  the  death of the 2
girls (what was fun, was that they were
sisters) and Seb had  his  back broken,
his  lumbs  were  hurt, and most of his
bones  were  broken. It  took  about  3
months before Seb could start breathing
alone, and the doctors even after  that
time couldn't say if he  was  going  to
survive or not. Time passed, and nearly
one year after  the  accident Seb could
breath, he laid in a rolling chair, but
he would be for  his  whole life unable
to move his legs or  arms. Now this guy
who was always  willing  to go out, who
really enjoyed life, his  stuck  in his
chair. He really disliked computers  be
fore the accident, now his only link to
life for his future,  is  this  fucking
machine, as  he  liked  to call it. The
thing which  helped him during over one
year, was his girlie, who ever stood at
his side. And this was, what helped him
not to let  himself  die.  Seb was very
popular, he  know  most  of  the  young
18-22 year  old  boys  and girls in the
town he lived. But after  the  accident
only 5 of his so called friends came to
visit him as they did before. And I can
say that I am fucking proud  to  be one
of those 5 friends. Yes  Seb  was   and
still is one of  my  best  friends.  He
started accepting what will be is life,
and he started  reacting  as  he always
did. The only  thing  that  changed  is
that he can't  move. But he still likes
alcohol, and  smoking  a  little  joint
every now and then. What is  so  stupid
in the whole affair,  is  that  so much
guys  who   called  themselves    Seb's
friends, never asked any  single  thing
about him now. Is Seb no longer a human
being or what. So you  can  guess  that
friendship is never as  strong  as  you
could think it...
